Overview

The MacOS QA team is looking for a technical QA engineer to work on the next generation of MacOS Client to support our innovative education platform.  You’ll work alongside a world-class development team creating the future of digital education.

This position is located in Mountain View, California.

Description:

You will be part of a team building and testing the Yuzu App,  working on a state of the art digital book reader with all of the modern functions of said reader.

This position requires a self-­motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong technical and communication skills who can contribute in a team environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Xcode, including harvesting logs and debugging code in real time
  • Experience with creating and maintaining the automation framework and test suites utilizing one/more of the following: AppleScript, Automator, and/or Sikuli
  • Experience with digital book formats and their specifications (PDF, EPUB2 and EPUB3)
  • Ability to create Test Plans, Test Suites and Test Cases
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a high-paced and informal environment

Education:

BS Computer Science or equivalent.
