Overview

WePay is hiring a Senior Account Manager to support its platform partners.  The successful applicant will be a passionate, curious, self-starter with demonstrated success in helping the customers of a technology company achieve their goals with the company’s products.  They will have consistently hit revenue targets from existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a named list of key customers.
  • Develop annual and quarterly engagement and revenue plans for each customer.
  • Serve as a source of knowledge for the customer about the WePay API and associated tools.
  • Maintain a list of open issues and upcoming goals with customers, project manage goal attainment and issue resolution, and conduct regular communication with customers about these issues and goals.
  • Track WePay performance towards key metrics and report on performance to WePay and customers.

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of Account Management experience in a technology company.
  • Glowing customer and company references.
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity.
  • Proven record of accomplishment from personal initiative.
  • Strong data aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Bachelors degree required.  Post graduate work is a plus.
