Overview

Responsibilities: 

• Manage full life cycle recruiting process for Engineering and Technical roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Work with VP of Engineering and VP of Product to develop a deep understanding of the technical needs and culture of the company
• Develop, own and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategy
• Work in partnership with recruiting coordinators and sourcers to develop a comprehensive, forward-thinking pipeline
• Provide metrics to the executive team on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of our organization

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a startup world, knowledge of most popular credit card processors a plus.
• Enthusiastic individual, driven by results
• Proven track record of success and history of solid relationships in the industry
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including some startup experience
• Emphasis on recruiting for technical roles, conducting technical prescreening questions, understanding of software engineering positions and environment
• Excellent at networking and sourcing your own candidates as well as obtaining referrals
• In-depth knowledge of the technical talent market
• Able to understand candidate motivations and values, while meeting hiring manager objectives in a consultative manner
• Excellent at driving the process and keeping it moving forward despite any obstacles
• Excellent representative of the company – professional, articulate, and knowledgable 
• Able to sell opportunity and close candidates
• Exceptional work ethic
