TrialNetworks, part of DrugDev, is currently recruiting a strong systems analyst who can help shape the evolution of our unique industry solution. This person will be expected to define product requirements for both core and customer specific features through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders; author requirements specifications and serve as point of contact for the development team to clarify requirements as needed.; perform functional reviews and acceptance testing as needed for specific features; triage (and resolve as appropriate) any questions or issues related to the TrialNetworks platform that are reported by customers or professional services.

Successful candidates will possess a powerful work ethic backed by very strong written and verbal communication skills in order to facilitate collaboration with customers and cross-functional team members. Candidates will also have very strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
