Requirements

• Excellent hands-on experience in designing and administering MySQL databases in an HA Environment.
• Solid knowledge of administering MySQL 5.6 on Linux env
• Experience with MySQL replication, multiple master, backup and recoveries, failover, and HA implementations
• Experience managing product QA in dev environment databases
• Implementation of ETL processes
• Experience with AWS Cloud – nice to have
• Experience managing databases in a Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience with Data Modeling
• Database and SQL Performance Tuning
• Schema refactoring and Data Migrations
• DB Security and Monitoring Implementation
• 24/7 Prod Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience with NoSQL solutions is a plus
• Experience with others open source DBs is a plus
