Overview

We currently have a motivated core team of expert engineers that enable the company’s fast growth. As we expand we are looking for talented Back End development engineers.

Responsibilities:
•    Design the database structure according to project requirements
•    Design and implement features in Python (Django)
•    Write clean, well-engineered, maintainable code that conforms with accepted standards and test web applications
•    Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads, and other internal team members
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
•    Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion

You can be our new colleague if you have the following skills:
•    Minimum 3 years of development experience with Python (experience with Django is a plus)
•    Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
•    Experience with AWS
•    Development experience with Javascript
•    Able to design efficient and scalable databases
•    Very good knowledge of JSON, REST, HTTP protocol, Web Services
•    Familiar with HTML, CSS, AJAX, SASS/LESS
•    Excellent skills to solve technical problems
•    Self-motivated, and able to multi-task
•    Able to make and assume technical decisions. Doer, not follower

It would be a plus if you have also:
•    Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
•    A drive for self-improvement
•    Able to take initiative, to be productive and efficient
•    Experience with version control software (preferably Git)
•    Experience with Agile methodologies
•    Experience with multiple backend development frameworks
