- College graduate; 2-3 years online analytics experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Track record of over-achievement
- Organized, detail-oriented and an expert at multi-tasking
- Intellectually curious, analytical and quantitative thinker
- Enjoy taking on a project and independently managing your time
- Ability to mine data in order to answer complex questions
- Energetic, engaging personality

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze and identify key insights in relation to overall objectives of business
- Analyze data to gain understanding of trends, behaviors and relationships
- Work with account and client success teams to identify and resolve issues that arise as a result of servicing specific clients
- Develop and execute processes for accurate data capture implementation across all clients
- Understand, translate, and provide POV for new sources/vendors/opportunities for data collection
- Strategic planning
- Design and implement interactive reports on a project-by-project basis
