Job Description

iTutor is seeking to add passionate and motivated leaders to our Institutional Sales Team in NY. The successful candidate has existing relationships with District/State decision makers and will constantly work to create new supportive partnerships with Schools in the assigned geographic region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by expanding and developing business
  • Build and nurture relationships with Superintendents, C level’s and other decision makers
  • Efficiently manage CRM process and business pipeline of prospective clients
  • Effectively deliver our Service presentation to school and district leaders
  • Follow up and maintain detailed log notes to provide accurate reporting of pipeline as required

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years of successful direct sales experience (ideally in K-12 market)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must evidence expert proficiency and background in selling to School Districts
  • Must be proficient with various forms of technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (one-on-one and group settings)

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary + Commission + Bonus + Reimbursement
