Overview

The position will involve a wide variety of responsibilities including web and database development using Microsoft technologies. You will primarily work out of our new office in Mississauga, but may be required to occasionally work on-site alongside our clients (mainly in the GTA).

 

While technical skills are very important, we are mainly focused on finding people that will fit well within our culture. This will be a very fast-paced job where you will have the opportunity to be a member of a great team and gain considerable experience. It is a position for developers who need more than what typical corporate positions offer.

 

As an intermediate developer, we expect you to have a few years of development under your belt using several of our core technologies. You will be looked upon to contribute quickly with little ramp-up time, and will be counted on as a reliable team member. A thorough understanding of the technologies we use is important and experience with healthcare data of any kind would be considered a strong asset.

 

Required Skills:

• T-SQL development in SQL Server
• .NET development with C#
• Report development using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports
• General web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• jQuery and popular JavaScript libraries
• ASP.NET MVC (or other MVC framework)

 

Nice-to-have Skills:

• ORM (Entity Framework, NHibernate)
• Experience with healthcare data
