We make it simple for companies to feed their employees. Google and Facebook provide lunch for a reason – the best ideas happen over food. We want to bring that to everyone.

Though our product is early, we’ve already got meaningful traction: hundreds of companies have used ZeroCater to feed their employees, companies you’ve heard of, like eBay, Verizon, AOL, and Justin.tv.

Client Success Coordinators are at the core of our business. You’ll be responsible for taking care of your own set of companies, helping them plan their employee meal programs, adjusting menus as necessary, and generally acting as their food expert.

Responsibilities:

• Learn your customer’s tastes and preferences forward and backward so you can continuously surprise and delight.

• Create and maintain customer meal plans of the sequence of restaurants and caterers a month in advance.

• Create and update menus, adjusting them to the customer’s changing tastes, dietary restrictions, and headcount.

• Quickly respond to customer emails and calls, answering questions and fulfilling meal change requests.

• Monitor meal status and alert the customer to any potential lateness or issues with the maximum possible notice.

• Work with vendors to make sure they understand customer needs.

• Proactively seek out and resolve any issues with customer satisfaction before they’re even brought up.

• Visit customers as necessary to get to know them and collect first hand information about any issues.

• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers.

 

Requirements:

• 2 years hospitality or customer service experience

• Extreme attention to detail

• Empathy: You really enjoy talking and listening to people

• Passion for making people happy: You have an eye for opportunities to impress customers with above and beyond service

• Dedication: Willingness to be on-call at odd times to fix any issues that come up, as well as being able to work the occasional Saturday shift

• Deep knowledge and appreciation of food
