Overview

Responsibilities include

  • Helping to recruit and manage customer service associates
  • Coordinating local and national marketing and publicity campaigns
  • Creating and managing local business partnerships
  • Recruiting and training a local network of top licensed massage therapists
  • Identifying office needs, solving problems and stepping in as needed
  • Help in ultimately driving the top line

About you

  • Startup experience (preferred)
  • Determination, ironclad work ethic
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Sales, operations or business development experience (preferred)
  • Comfort with training and presentations
  • Passion for consumer happiness
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills

 

Compensation: salary, performance bonus, healthcare, stock options and generous “Netflix style” vacation.

The Managers will spend a period of time learning and training in Zeel’s New York City office.
