Join a team that is focused on building a platform that enables Yuzu to transform the way people learn and interact with their content. If it isn’t a client application, there’s a good chance that the services team is responsible for building and maintaining it. You’d have an opportunity to work on a large, legacy-free platform that encompasses multiple services and web applications and touches thousands of people a day.
What would you work on?
Architect and build the Yuzu platform and web apps. We’ve put together a pretty solid foundation, and there’s no legacy to maintain (everything was built from the ground-up less than a year ago), but we need solid architectural and development leadership to help it grow.
You would also help mentor more junior members of the team, and make sure that code quality and standards are maintained. Additionally, you would help with scoping of projects and making sure that they get delivered on time.
What are we looking for?

- Multiple database technologies: MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch. Experience with graph databases a plus (such as Neo4j)

- OAuth 2 & OpenID highly desired
- Integration with web, iOS, and other clients
