Who we are

At x.ai, we are building an artificial intelligence powered personal assistant.  The software will schedule meetings for our customers automatically without subjecting them to the typical back and forth over email negotiating when and where to meet someone.  We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join us on the journey in building the artificial intelligence of the future.  You’ll get to work side by side with a small team of serial entrepreneurs moving at breakneck speed.

An Ai Trainer will

  • Identify and implement best practices for handling customer requests
  • Participate in product development
  • Provide product feedbacks to engineering and product team
  • Answer a high volume of incoming emails from executives who use our service to schedule meetings
  • Schedule meetings for the executives based on their availabilities and preferences
  • Train the artificial intelligence algorithm via constant feedback to the software

  • Excellent time management and organization skills (this is our product)
  • Extremely detail oriented as we provide a 100% accuracy guarantee when scheduling meetings
  • Excellent written communication skills as all communication are email correspondences
  • Attention to professional and social interaction etiquettes
  • Passionate about technology, data and startups
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated and a fast learner
