Overview

We are seeking an individual to create and deliver technical training content to our customers, and Partners/Resellers.

Training consists of both local and remote training as well as computer/WEB training.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, leading edge company working in a newly created training function.

Work closely with Applications, Engineering, and Marketing to develop technical training material to WiTricity customers and Certified Partners.  Training material needs to be used for in-person classroom training, Virtual classroom, and Computer Based Training. The content must be technical and targeted to hardware and software engineers, Engineering Managers, and Sales Engineers.

Develop and maintain a WiTricity Training Lab for customers, partners, and internal training.

Deliver training to customers.  This includes both at WiTricity locations, remote locations domestic and internationally, as well as via the web.

Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant training experience within a technology company.

A technical degree (engineering, physics, computer science, or mathematics)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and less-technical audiences.

Ability to work with peers in engineering, applications, marketing, and sales to create and deliver content that meets customer requirements.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills including public speaking to larger audiences

Experience with CBT training.

Experience with hands-on training labs.

Some travel will be required (<25%)
