Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify key players and decision makers in the buying process
- Develop and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through outbound prospecting
- Update and maintain CRM database, critical to ensure success of the inside sales team
- Use lead tracking tools to forecast sales activity on a weekly basis
- Analyze reports and review with management in order to develop necessary skills for business management and sales achievement
- Become proficient in VMTurbo’s sales methodology and ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics are achieved
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
- Must be a highly motivated, competitive and passionate team player
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
