Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify key players and decision makers in the buying process
  • Develop and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through outbound prospecting
  • Update and maintain CRM database, critical to ensure success of the inside sales team
  • Use lead tracking tools to forecast sales activity on a weekly basis
  • Analyze reports and review with management in order to develop necessary skills for business management and sales achievement
  • Become proficient in VMTurbo’s sales methodology and ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics are achieved

 

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Must be a highly motivated, competitive and passionate team player
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
