VIVE is looking for a team player with operational prowess who can take our existing structures and build upon them to provide scalable solutions for our rapidly growing company. In this, you will lay the operational foundation upon which our business is built. Success in this role means setting and beating goals for KPIs such as NPS, customer satisfaction, and customer retention/churn.

The Operations and Account Manager will sit at the nexus of sales, marketing, and operations, and will report directly to VIVE’s Director of Salon Partnerships.

Prior Experience

B.A. or B.S. from a top undergraduate college/university

2+ years work experience in Finance, Operations, and/or Technology

Passion for beauty, fashion and or lifestyle products is a must

Experience with technology is a plus
