About the Role
As an Upsight Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for growing our existing Customer book of business. Working with some of the biggest mobile App brands and companies in the world, you will be charged with building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our mobile SaaS Customers. This is a high-touch, relationship-focused role that will require you to use your business savvy, product knowledge, and persistence to effectively position, demonstrate business value, and ultimately close deals. This is a quota role.

About You

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Development,  or Inside Sales
  • Experience in cutting edge mobile technology based products and/or services  
  • Proven track record at establishing, achieving, and exceeding quarterly sales quota in both Renewals and Upsells
  • Ability to interact at all levels of management, and with multiple departments including sales, marketing, product, technology, and customer success   
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A flair for developing relationships with Customers, that ultimately shorten the sales cycle  

Even Better:

  • Product marketing or Product management experience
  • Experience with mobile Analytics, Marketing, and or Big Data
  • Experience with Salesforce

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with Customer Success Managers to identify Upsell opportunities
  • Identify targets within Customer base through product usage analysis, product roadmap, and feature releases to build pipeline aligned with Customer needs
  • Engage with Customers with upcoming renewals to identify Customer needs moving forward, and aligning their renewal with their future needs
  • Negotiate and close business on a consistent quarterly basis. This includes meeting Customers in person when required
  • Be an advocate for our Customers’ needs, help to align product roadmap with our Customers’ future needs
  • Involve appropriate Upsight management in sales opportunities when required
  • Preparing and managing sales pipeline to be delivered on a weekly basis
  • Presenting Upsight’s mobile solutions to key stakeholders within target Customers
  • Managing integrity of our Salesforce automation tool
  • Developing a level of expertise of Upsight’s industry, product offerings, competitive landscape, and understanding of associated technologies and how they add value to our Customers business

This position requires consistent performance, and achievement of a quarterly quota. This role will suit a highly motivated, smart, and diligent individual with a unique blend of sales instinct, business savvy, and product expertise. Limited travel is possible.
