What Uberflip Does

We’re marketing to marketers! Through our content marketing platform, our goal is to empower marketers to create amazing content experiences while providing the tools and insight they need to boost engagement, accelerate lead generation, fuel marketing automation and ultimately drive growth. 

What We’re Looking For

Content is the name of the game at Uberflip and we’ve created some of the best content to help marketers grow their skills and knowledge. A key part of our  overall marketing strategy has it’s base in content – from lead generation to lead nurturing to building an engaged audience of Uberflippers – it all starts with ridiculously good content. Whether it’s research for an infographic, writing a blog post or editing an eBook, creating an experience that will delight our audience must always be at the forefront of your mind.

  • You’re an experienced and savvy marketer who thrives on creating content people love.
  • You keep up with the evolving marketing landscape (B2B experience is a bonus).
  • You’re open to trying new, creative ideas that push the envelope.
  • You love finding ways to repurpose the best greatest content.
  • You love working with people to help them create the best content. 
  • You fit with the ideal profile of a content marketer. 
  • You’re a natural when it comes to crafting copy. 
  • You’re always open to learning and expanding your skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content that educates and inspires our audience and is in line with meeting our team and company objectives. 
  • Help strategize about our content calendar and overall plan.
  • Edit content from our internal team and external guest authors.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of content to maximize learning and future results.
  • Contribute to the Uberflip culture and capture our voice, letting it shine through across all of our channels. 
  • Report on your progress weekly / monthly.

Experience & Skills 

  • You have 2 years + experience in the content / online marketing space.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the B2B/Technology space.
  • You’ve created and scaled content with gusto and creativity.
  • You’ve have exceptional writing chops and general communication skills. 
  • You pay attention to detail — the misuse of “your” and “you’re” makes you cringe. 
  • You know the importance of a good headline and will take the time to craft something exceptional.
  • You have experience managing an editorial calendar and various writers / bloggers.
  • You know how to navigate the digital marketing space and have used various measurement tools and platforms.
