Here at Techweek we’re celebrating innovation in emerging tech hubs across the world. From our first event in Chicago we have grown to cover 7 cities with plans to expand globally!

Techweek is a leading national conference and festival that hosts a 7-day series of events with a two-day technology conference and expo. The events bring together a diverse cross-section of the technology ecosystems in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Detroit, Kansas City, Havana, and more cities soon. We create and curate engaging media, dynamic events, and disruptive content on web, digital, and interactive technology, bringing together diverse communities of entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and thought leaders.

We are currently searching for a rockstar to join our Operations Team as an Account Manager!

The Account Manager is primarily responsible for communications between Sales and Operations. To be more exact, our ideal candidate will handle the following:

• Work as the liasion between Sales and Operations
• Communicate with Sales to ensure sponsor deliverables are clearly outlined in contract and delivered by Operations and Marketing
• Work with vendors and sponsors on event delivery
• Read through contracts, understand the terms, and clearly deliver
• Point of contact for Sponsors post-sale through the event
• Travel to Techweek as needed
• Manage customer service and client relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

• 2-4 of experience
• Go getter with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Tools, Basecamp, Slack preferred
