As VMTurbo continues to meet and exceed growth goals, we are making an enormous investment in our biggest asset; our people. Our sales training program, VMTurbo Sales Academy, is transforming into a world class training program and we are looking for a technical trainer to help build the next generation of elite, technology savvy sales and IT professionals. The VMTurbo Sales Academy Technical Trainer is responsible for synthesizing IT concepts and the VMTurbo product to ensure technical success for all employees at all levels.

Responsibilities:

As the VMTurbo Sales Academy Technical Trainer, you will:

Design, develop and deliver internal training content customized to VMTurbo’s demand driven control platform illustrating our positioning information, value proposition and use-cases
Create and distribute content using multiple formats including but not limited to train-the-trainer, classroom or practical/shadow based
Build and maintain knowledge assessments at organization, program, and individual levels to assess needs, target development areas and measure success
Provide input into the technical training strategy based on market changes and industry trends
Develop the next generation of sales and IT professionals and help VMTurbo in its growth mission

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Extensive experience with software defined concepts (compute, storage, networking) as well as networking, applications, virtualization and operating systems in an enterprise data center
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy with strong technical writing and presentation skills
Ability to quickly and easily understand technical concepts and convert those concepts into easy to understand documentation to communicate with technical and non-technical employees
Ability to work quickly and adapt easily in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Experience in employee or customer facing training role a plus
Strong desire to share knowledge of IT concepts and product with individuals at a variety of technical knowledge levels
