What you will do:

    • Cultivate and expand relationship with a high profile strategic clients; identify growth opportunity
    • Interact with clients daily, answering questions regarding project status or platform related inquiries
    • Perform project management around enablement/on-boarding services
    • Strong communication and client management skills – ability to set client expectations and exceed them.
    • Work with existing client on expanding Offerpop into other parts of the client organization via services delivery.
    • Understanding the different parts of a client’s organization (e-comm, digital, social, etc.) will be a key part of this role.
    • Dedicated resource to discuss high level topics, new initiatives/projects and best practice advice to nurture relationship

Who you are:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of related experience in client services, account management or interactive marketing.
    • 2+ years working specifically with UGC and Social media- Experience interacting with product and development teams.
    • Have working knowledge of HTML and CSS – comfortable enough to troubleshoot.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Passionate about the technology/digital space.
