Our products range from suits, shirts, to coats and are custom made to fit you perfectly.  We distribute our products both online via our independent website as well as offline through our beautiful high-end showrooms in two cosmopolitan cities – New York and Shanghai.  Our New York show room is close to 1000 sqft and conveniently located in a loft building in the Grand Central area. Our Shanghai show room is 3000 sqft and also serves as the office for 10 staff. We have closed over half a million USD of seed investment in 2014, and is in discussion with various VCs about series A of $2-3 million early to mid 2015.

Role Description:

 

1. Marketing Steed & Wall brand offline – appointing brand ambassadors, hosting office parties in the show rooms for banks/law firms, and hosting offsite events at institutions/corporations such as universities etc. 
2. Marketing Steed & Wall brand online – promoting through various social media, and partnering with online-bloggers and other e-commerce websites etc.
3. Working with various media to promote the company
4. In addition to the base salary, a generous sales commission will be offered as a part of the compensation package.

Skills/Experiences: 

1. Must be proactive, creative, resourceful, resilient, and able to work under pressure
2. Must have 3-5 years of work experience post undergrad. Marketing, Brand-management, E-Commerce related experience strongly preferred but not required; Apparel retail experience preferred but not required
3. Ability to engage in all levels of marketing execution from strategy to implementation 
4. Possess experience and proven success in client acquisition, building distribution channels, conversion rate optimization, and brand positioning.
5. Strong communication skills (oral and writing) and ability to develop relationships with business partners
6. Media experience preferred but not required
