We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team to help us grow our talented Tech group as we continue to revolutionize the social media landscape. You are a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience and fit top of mind.

This position will work closely with the Senior Tech Recruiter to find unique ways to bring the best tech talent to an engaging start-up environment. You will coordinate with the Senior Tech Recruiter on recruitment techniques and divvy up roles for optimal results.

Responsibilities

  • help develop an extensive understanding of our products, culture and team goals.

  • collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs and objectives

  • develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role

  • review resumes and prescreen qualified candidates; move interview process forward in a timely manner

  • setup and coordinate interview schedule with interview team and candidates.

  • organize and facilitate interview debriefs

  • be the point person to drive the process through from first conversation to the employee’s first day.

  • identify closing strategies for offers; proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible

  • partner with the HR team to create a smooth onboarding experience for all new ‘Coders.

  • attend relevant networking events to raise awareness about SocialCode

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience 

  • relentless drive to find and connect with the best and brightest

  • excellent “matchmaking” skills; ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities

  • ultimate team player; willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and make things better day in and day out

  • ability to guide a negotiation to a positive outcome for all parties

  • ability to ruthlessly prioritize and thrive in a constantly changing environment

  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • bachelor’s degree

  • US work authorization
