Do you have the skills to teach highly complex social advertising techniques to the world’s largest brands?

The Ad Platform Manager (APM) serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the various partners using SocialCode’s advertising technology. APMs provide strategic input and quality assurance, and help partners overcome campaign obstacles to ensure that their media runs as smoothly and effectively as possible on the SocialCode platform. APMs need to know a bit of everything, from data analysis to relationship management.


  • Helping partners improve campaign performance
  • Ensuring partners reach their desired spend and KPI goals
  • Communicating partner feedback to Product and Engineering
  • Ensuring partners are scaling on the platform, and adopting the technology at a steady pace
  • Working to solve the various unforeseen campaign issues that may arise
  • Working with Sales to grow new business
  • Running demonstrations of the tool to both internal and external teams
  • Reaching out to partners with important updates regarding the SocialCode platform


  • BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Psychology
  • Strong communication skills; must be comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
