Overview

- Establish account management program and incorporate best practices/processes/systems (e.g. support management system)
- Develop strategy with documentation and set of standards for account management, operations related to sales pipeline management, and customer support
- Support roll-out and execution of key strategic partnerships
​- ​Act as key point of contact for client roll-out 
- Proactive outreach to live customers to keep them informed and happy (e.g. product updates, best practices) 
- Be a “voice of the customer” to the organization to identify upsell/rev opportunities, product innovations, market/competitor activity
- Establish data and reporting to monitor “engagement” of customers and help organization understand what our customers are doing
- Create, implement, and manage customer referral program
- Manage marketing calendar and work with sales, design, copy, and product to ensure we send out regular communications to our clients

revenue growth (new/existing accounts/partnerships)
