Overview
Hi, we’re a close-knit startup enjoying the best of both worlds: a proven product on the market AND beer in the fridge. Said product, GuardRail, is in use around the world, monitoring configuration data for huge enterprises and mom-and-pop startups alike.
As ScriptRock’s Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work with not only the customer, but with our leadership, marketing, sales, and development teams to increase customer satisfaction. You’ll be the post-sale point-of-contact for our customers, who represent a varied breadth of industries including finance, healthcare, and government.
You’ll be touching base with established clients to see how they’re using the product, finding out what they like, what they need going forward, and demonstrating new features as we roll them out.
We’d prefer a candidate with 1-2 years technical experience in a support role (whether it be customer success, helpdesk, etc.), with great customer acumen, and who exhibits natural empathy. Your written English should be impeccable, since you may be writing customer-facing FAQs and documentation and communicating via email. A bilingual candidate would be a plus, but is not required.
