Roles & Responsibilities

Work hand in hand with the Cofounders on Customer Relationship Management. As a Sailo Customer Relationship intern you will be involved in:   

  • Business strategy and positioning discussions
  • Marketing strategy and execution 
  • End-to-end management of customer interactions with the company, from first contact, follow-up, service execution, and support (before, during and after the transaction occurs). 
  • Create status and feedback reports, and trends dashboard
  • Industry benchmark analysis

About Sailo

Sailo is the new peer-to-peer boat rental marketplace that connects renters, boat owners and licensed captains. Sailo offers both experienced and inexperienced boaters the opportunity to view and compare boats and captains based on date, location, price, size, and user experiences. Renters can customize their trips with their captains, boat owners can safely monetize their boats, and Sailo takes care of the rest, from vetting the boats and captains to providing $1M trip insurance for complete ease of mind.   The website went live a few weeks ago, with new users signing up each day. We are looking to grow the team to support our fast growth!
