About the Role:

Rent the Runway is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help build beautiful and seamless solutions to novel problems unsolved by other retailers. We are looking for someone who can translate Rent the Runway’s product offering into a user-friendly experience across all channels – including web, mobile, and retail stores. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create flows, wireframes, and user interfaces

• Support in user research and usability testing

• Establish and maintain consistent interactive design patterns

• Work closely with engineers in an Agile environment to implement designs

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics to define high-level direction and generate product ideas

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of design experience

• Previous ecommerce and mobile experience is a big plus

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex and creative UX solutions, strong visual design and solid information architecture

• Design-obsessed with a deep knowledge of current patterns, trends, and best practices

• Communicates design effectively to cross-functional teammates including engineers, PMs, executives, designers, etc.

• A design process that is iterative and collaborative
