We’re looking for an awesome Account Manager aka Youtube Ninja to join and grow with our team Cool. Still interested? Let’s take a look at what you’ll be doing:

 

Your YouTube Ninja Duties:

 

-Operate as the lead for any and all tasks specific to your customers

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Make ‘em love you.

-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives (This is where being quick like a ninja comes in)

-Forecast and track key account metrics (See the future and act accordingly)

-Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed (Ninjas don’t crack under pressure. They thrive)
