Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to work in our Sparks, NV Fulfillment Center (FC). This individual will demonstrate innovation and passion in his/her support of our rapidly growing NJ operations team, which is responsible for getting Jet customers their orders. As a Recruiter, you will source candidates, and manage them through our recruiting process; in addition, you will maintain the evolving picture of the candidate on behalf of the FC and Hoboken hiring team. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition as well as the Director of Fulfillment to successfully forecast and meet all hiring goals.  You will also have the unique opportunity to help shape sourcing and assessment strategies, technology and tools, and cutting edge processes we use to identify, assess and hire Jet quality talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams on sourcing and assessment strategy
• Manage the successful and consistent implementation of recruiting processes and initiatives within the Swedesboro, NJ Fulfillment Center
• Provide a brilliant experience for each candidate you engage with and positive leverage for hiring teams you provide talent acquisition services for
• Maintain solid and up to date pipeline and funnel metrics
• Work with leadership to establish hiring forecasts
• Work with Director of Talent Acquisition to regularly improve and evolve Jet candidate management workflow (application, testing, evaluation, turndown, offer/hire)
• Deliver Jet quality, viable candidates to hiring teams
• Assess the Recruiting implications of business initiatives and provide advice to the management team accordingly; similarly, understand business strategies and Recruiting implications
• Utility player helping out on key initiatives 

Experience

• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience with both hourly and salaried work forces
• Experience in a Talent Acquisition setting within a Fulfillment Center, Member/Customer Service, or retail environment desired
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Assertive self starter willing to hold others accountable
• Spikes in process orientation, organization, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage up
