Overview

In this position you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with Customer Success to ensure customers are attaining maximum value from our products, and scout opportunities for growth within established accounts. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop lasting customer relations and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and have a consultative style.

Recorded Future’s breakthrough ability to unlock insights from the Web radically improves intelligence and cyber threat visibility for our commercial customers. You’ll need the ability to understand and adapt to rapid product and technology developments, as we improve our processes in close partnership with sales representatives and technical experts. You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to build lasting relationships and hunt for new opportunities with existing customers. You’ll be directly involved in powering our sales to the next level!

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key clients across a portfolio of customers on located in the Eastern US
  • Meet and exceed revenue and renewal quotas
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal forecasts
  • Identify and cultivate account growth opportunities
  • Work with Account Executives and Customer Success Consultants to ensure customer’s success 
  • Research and build new relationships within existing accounts 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in account management
  • Experience with analytics, SaaS, or information security/cyber a plus
  • You’re a disciplined, tenacious self-starter and love a challenge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Your friends describe you as independent and reliable
  • You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
  • Aggressively use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer
  • Salesforce experience strongly desired
  • Driven to take your career to the next level in sales
