We’re turning the legal services world upside down and seek a talented, ambitious, and highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team.  This person must be passionate about technology and tenacious in their pursuit of quality and excellence.  The QA Analyst will possess a strong curiosity about software anomalies and a desire to find their root cause.  If you’re excellent at what you do, and you want to take your quality assurance career to the next level with a passionate IT team at a great technology firm, you might be the perfect fit for us!

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Employing a deeply inquisitive nature and an eagerness to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our finished product
  • Composing detailed, methodical descriptions of problems you encounter
  • Communicating problems clearly to teammates of different technological backgrounds
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure quality test coverage

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 Years Experience working knowledge of APIs for Payment Gateway technology and Credit Card Processing Services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years of QA/testing experience (web applications)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building testing frameworks
  • Extensive experience with various types of testing on web based products
  • Intimate familiarity with modern quality assurance best practices and communication protocols
  • Proficient at writing, presenting, and executing test plans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to a variety of automated testing tools
  • Interest in web application testing
  • Knowledge of  JIRA project
  • Working knowledge of scripting language
  • Ability to train others on basic testing procedures
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
