Overview
Dispatch is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA engineer.
This individual will be the first member of a new team who is responsible for monitoring every phase of the product development process to meet our customers’ enterprise-level quality expectations.
You’ll be a good fit if:
1.) You have experience with both manual and automated testing
2.) You have strong opinions and aren’t afraid to share them
3.) You don’t just try to break sh*t. You are proactive about solving problems and already thinking 100 steps ahead to push our platform forward.
Day to day include, but are not limited to:
1. ) Verifying that our mobile apps, web apps, API’s, integrations, configurations and product features are all working as expected.
2.) Using continuous integration tools to streamline our deployment process.
3.) Managing, coordinating and greenlighting every production release between both internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, customer success) and our external customers.
4.) Writing feature files that will be used for acceptance criteria and writing automated integration tests.
