We’re on the hunt for an energetic Pre Sales Specialist/Sales Rep to help deliver an awesome on-boarding experience for our customers.

Method creates web applications for small and medium sized businesses (SMB’s). Our flagship product is Method CRM, a web application made specifically for small businesses (SMB) using QuickBooks accounting software. What sets Method CRM apart is is our ability to create customized applications for individual SMB’s. This is all facilitated by patented accounting synchronization engine.

 

We are already a successful startup with a substantial base of paying customers. We are looking for the right individuals to help skyrocket our growth.

 

Position

Method is looking for an energetic Pre Sales Specialist to assist with the on-boarding and implementation of our software. The Pre Sales Specialist we are looking for is friendly, tech savvy, customer focused and a patient communicator. The successful candidate will be able to manage their time efficiently across multiple channels – ranging from chats, phone calls and emails. They will help new customers get set up and understand Method CRM’s value, leading to a successful implementation and a high conversion ratio.

 

 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Pre Sales Specialist who is energetic, driven and has the ability to assess unique business needs and respond with a strong value proposition.

  • Field incoming inquiries from new and existing clients, via chat, phone and/or email.

  • Help prospects understand the benefits of our software by providing live web-based presentations.

  • Capture data that can be used to help grow pipeline and revenue.

  • Provide consistent feedback on enhancements we can make to marketing and product development.

  • Collaborate with other members of the Method Sales team on plans, projects and results.

  • Continuously strive to improve sales effectiveness and business acumen.

 

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years direct experience in an Account Manager / Inside Sales / Customer Relationship Manager role

  • Post-secondary education.

  • Experience in the SaaS industry preferred.

  • Knowledge of the CRM space.

  • Strong problem solving skills.  You must be passionate about your ability to always find solutions to customers’ needs.

  • Must be self-motivated and goal driven.

  • Excellent sales and organizational skills and an engaging phone presence.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • You should possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong ethics and integrity along with the desire to exceed every expectation.

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team’s success in a fast paced environment.
