Summary

PlaceIQ is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support the Sales and Strategy teams with strategic presentation builds and material development. Working within the Marketing department, this role is responsible for assisting in the development of materials for client presentations and sales support. 

The successful candidate will display the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines, and have a demonstrated track record of rolling out high quality collateral on time. Having a large range of clients, we are looking for a great presentation builder who can attack projects with high quality creativity while maintaining concise visual communication.

 Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Characteristics:

  • Support the Sales and Strategy teams in building client presentations
  • Work alongside the Marketing and Creative teams to maintain visual brand identity in client presentations
  • Curious, capable planner who enjoys working on communication challenges
  • Needs to be able to compile presentations in PowerPoint and other office software
  • Has worked in tight-turnaround environments and is able to balance ‘perfect’ and ‘quick’ based on the situation
  • Works well with a variety of internal clients, listens, and iterates with them in the time allowed to communicate the idea visually
  • Confer with teams to create on-strategy content for presentations, new business pitches and marketing collateral
  • Produce and update presentations for internal and external clients 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate setting
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in digital media is a plus
  • Strong PowerPoint and Keynote skills
  • Ability to conceptualize text and visualize information
  • Clear, concise communicator, ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of teams
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and creative problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative
