Overview
As Data Engineer, you will contribute to Peloton’s backend architecture and help drive the next generation of our products. You have a passion working with large data sets and are experienced in the following:
- Experienced in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- High proficiency with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and document/NOSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, Hive, Spark) data stores
- Have a passion for data, and an understanding of how to work with large data sets
- Proficiency with ETL development and tools
- Experience accessing data via RESTful APIs
- Experience working with data from SaaS, Web and/or Mobile products
- Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools
- Experience with JavaScript data visualization libraries
