OTC Markets Group is seeking a Product Manager to join our Corporate Services department in our Washington, D.C. or New York City office. The Corporate Services department empowers a broad range of companies to improve the quality and availability of information to help investors to intelligently analyze, value, and trade their stock. As a Product Manager, you will be focused on building innovative products across various platforms (web & mobile), driving higher engagement and conversion, as well as managing and improving our internal applications and workflow. These web products will be built using the scrum-agile methodology and you will lead the product-owner team.
Help to define product vision and strategy. Analyze, define, and communicate product roadmaps that align with business objectives
Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to solve business problems and understand visitor behavior
Collaborate with business owners to identify problems and create solutions to rapidly grow the business
Communicate with customers to understand and represent their needs
Work with cross-function teams to translate customer needs into web products
Create user stories, personas, use cases, requirement documentation and functional specifications to implement new features and changes
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
Team player attitude
5+ years product management experience with 3+ years experience with internet or web-based technology products and services.
Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance and/or marketing
Excellent organizational/analytical skills and strong creative problem solving skills
Experience/ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
Knowledge of financial services is a plus
Knowledge and experience with Agile development process is a plus
