The roles of the New Programs Specialist is to work in partnership with all departments, to build, test, roll-out, implement and provide feedback on new Business Development and Booker Add-on functionalities. They are software and internal relation experts who strive to build a seamless roll-out and implementation process

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Must be able to create and discuss documentation

  • Ability to learn new technologies and functionalities
  • Self-starter with solid problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks
  • Passion to make things better. Not just file potential issues with the software but someone that has a desire to improve the product/process they are involved in

Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Attending all Business Development planning, kick off and management meetings
  • Attend all team meetings
  • Writing use cases and specs
  • Assist in creating implementation workflow and process for all new programs
  • Will be the initial team member to work on new program initiatives.
  • Work with Clients to implement and support new program
  • Providing feedback to New Programs Lead owners based on initial implementation
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to all internal stakeholders
  • Escalates risks and issues openly and quickly
  • Conducting Alpha/Beta customer facing process and provide feedback for ease of onboarding and product requirements
  • Helps to determine, new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities
  • Anticipates needs and proposes alternative business solutions
  • Easily recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plan for implementation
  • Creating documentation for all new programs
  • Partnering with the Beta Support team to ensure all processes for supporting active customers are in place

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday thru Friday 9am – 6pm
