RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM & Sales Force Process Optimization

  • Drive the design, roll-out and adoption of sales methodology, processes and tools that support the selling process and improve the customer experience

  • Design and generate dashboards, reports and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and market trend analysis, etc.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in customer segmentation, lead generation and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and promotional programs.

  • Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary.

Proposal/RFP/Contract Management

  • Assist the business contract process in collaboration with legal, key account and sales management.

  • Provide oversight to pricing and contract compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS in business/information systems, finance, math, a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experiences with Salesforce.com, or similar CRM Experience required leads, including work implementing Salesforce and/or redesigning and significantly enhancing how the system is used within an organization.

  • 1-3 years of sales operations, finance or analytics experience preferably in a sales environment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
