About the Opportunity

Blueprint Registry is looking for an organized, self-motivated and diligent individual to help organize and manage its inventory and merchandising activities on the website. This person is a detailed oriented self-starter that is passionate about organization and aesthetics. The ability to multi-task and think on your feet is incredibly important.  This role has the potential for exponential growth and exposure to all aspects of the business. 

 

Duties

- Add new products to our inventory from vendors – data entry and saving images

- Edit copy and imagery

- Manage inventory orders on the Blueprint Registry website

- Create excel reports analyzing sales margins and profitability based on vendor and product type

- Continually review partner / brand websites for new products to add to our inventory

- Continually review partner / brand websites for out of stock products to remove from our inventory

- Manage order fulfillment and investigate / process returns

- Conceptualize, strategize, and execute ideas to feature products on different platforms

                – Main platforms include Pinterest, FB, Twitter, Google+, Instagram

- Develop quarterly plans with analysis of successes and failures for all areas of responsibility

- Create best practices and templates to standardize process work flows

- Report directly to CEO and CCO; Participate in strategy meetings
– Ad hoc projects

 

Requirements

- Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
– Excellent time-management and communication skills, both oral and written

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel

- Creative, positive, execution oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Candidates must be able to meet or dial-in to calls weekday evenings and over the weekend

A plus if you have

- Experience managing social media and a blog

- Experience in the wedding industry

- Experience writing to consumers / commercial purposes
