The Role

We’re searching for a fiercely creative Marketing Designer to join our Design Team. You’re deeply passionate about all things design, possess a “less is more” mentality, and aspire to create graphics that are both beautiful and functional. As a marketing designer, you’ll play an instrumental role in shaping our brand and creating the initial Hired experience for knowledge workers and talent-seeking employers around world. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and business teams to develop and execute creative concepts that captivate and resonate with our broad user base of designers, engineers, product managers, data scientists, and talent-seeking employers. A nimble designer possessing both depth and breadth, your work will inspire across a diverse set of touchpoints, from creative ads to strategic email campaigns.

Qualifications and Experiences

• An online portfolio
• Adobe Creative Suite, or like applications
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development
• 3+ years in marketing/communications design
• Desire to have fun
