Zeel Massage On Demand® is a revolutionary way of booking same-day in-home massage by app or on zeel.com.

We are looking for an initiative taking, hard working, great team member to complete our small and mighty San Francisco based team.

This is a hybrid marketing, sales, and operations position that will assist each team member in various tasks. This role requires flexibility and the ability to solve problems on the spot. Your role will change and develop as we grow.  You must have a high attention to detail and follow-through. Juggling multiple projects is second nature to you.

It’s an ideal position for someone with a few years of experience under their belt, ready to join a fun, driven team that’s creating an exciting new way for clients to book massage on-demand.

Responsibilities include

• “Everything is my responsibility” attitude. No task or project is too small or too big. If it needs to get done, you are on it.
• Ninja slicing in graphic editing software. You are creating marketing materials for live events.
• Initial sales lead emails, pipeline generation, and follow-up.
• Building and hiring a marketing street team.
• Planning, executing, and attending tech, community, and other Zeel events.
• Processing and executing chair massage and other business contracts.
• Working with therapists on the phone and in person to explain and promote Zeel.
• Preparing therapist profiles.
• Top-quality customer service via email, text and phone.

You have:

• Experience preparing and creating marketing and other communications.
• Initiative and resourcefulness.
• Extremely strong verbal & written communication skills.
• An obsession with top notch level customer service to multiple users.
• Excitement about our product and an interest in the massage therapy field.
• Familiarity with the sharing economy.
• Comfortable with technology; experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Suite; some working knowledge of HTML.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
