Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Michigan Market Lead to drive our community growth and engagement initiatives. At the core of PatientPing’s success are the relationships we cultivate and foster over time. The Market Lead will have direct responsibility for the growth of these relationships and the development of the market as a whole. Broadly, this means effectively servicing our existing customers, onboarding new customers, driving engagement, and working with the Sales and Business Development team to identify and develop opportunities for growth. Furthermore, given that our brand is the unifying thread across our many markets, the Market Lead will also be the Michigan ambassador of PatientPing’s mission and values. This is a highly entrepreneurial, visible, and multifaceted position.
What You Will Do:
- Service major health system customers
- You will be responsible for servicing major health system customers to make them fierce advocates of PatientPing. This includes weekly check-ins over the phone or in-person, providing user support, managing client-specific projects, and proactively identifying and executing all opportunities to drive greater client satisfaction
- Service, engage, and grow the post-acute provider community
- Onboard new users by hosting meetings to educate users about the service, walking facility leadership through the value proposition and implementation, and working with our Engineering team to resolve issues as they arise
- Drive engagement by hosting webinars, doing in-person seminars or events, and crafting creative communications
- Closely track and improve metrics around network growth and engagement performance
- Work with the Sales and Business Development team to leverage the existing local community and identify new opportunities for growth
- Listen closely to customer needs, consolidate feedback from the local market, and share insights to drive national product development opportunities
- Work closely with other Market Leads to share lessons learned on streamlining and optimizing operational, service, and engagement processes
- Report to the Head of Operations
What You Need:
- BA degree
- 5+ years of on-the-ground experience in healthcare industry, ideally on the provider-side
- Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills
- Strong self-starter approach with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
- An entrepreneurial, motivated, curious, insightful, and determined attitude
- Engaging communications skills
- Knowledge about the local ACO and Post-Acute market (preferred)
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulatory requirements (preferred)
