Job Specifics

This person supportsmanagers on both a day to day and strategic basis as follow:

  • Logisitcs/Operations
  • Research
  • Meeting Outreach/Client Hospitality
  • Strategic
  • Identify potential prospects
  • Evaluate and develop ‘creative triggers’ for strategy team to build upon
  • Network with outside partners on new technologies and industry trends and make relevant to AG
  • Track email outreach to key industry contacts
  • Maintain an understanding of where key relationships stand and how they relate to client interests/activities
  • Track outreach/entertainment requests across clients; build a client database of “entertainment and lifestyle” peferences
  • Maintain on-line tracking of database across local markets and CBS Radio events for client opportunities allowing sales to deepen relationships
  • Help organize key client meeting logistics
  • Assist in day to day research needs and liaise w/ strategy team
  • Analyze important aspects of a client prospect that are relevant to AG
  • Organize and present research in an efficient, cogent, logical manner
  • Identify new sources/databases to draw upon for research
  • Prepare detailed briefs and bios for key meetings and calls for sales group
  • Participate in client meetings and calls being able to extract take-aways and determine ‘next steps’ as well as prepare follow up notes


  • Bachelor’s degree of higher preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, English or Communications
  • Be a creative thinker — some one who can reframe a problem and see new opportunity
  • Have excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills; quick and responsive on your feet
  • Be a proactive learner who possesses an awesome work ethic, with adaptability to work beyond standard hours to meet tight deadlines
  • Perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multi-task and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control
  • Have exceptional communications skills; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Be highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
