 Leeo seeks an enthusiastic, creative sourcer to help locate and contact passive candidates across all teams.

 

Duties

• Work closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to produce quality job descriptions
• Source and maintain a pipeline of high quality candidates
• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies
• Screen and qualify prospective candidates
• Foster company culture as a part of the recruiting team

Qualifications

• Proven record of sourcing success
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical skills a must
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, CMS/ATS and Google Apps
• Basic understanding of technical concepts across multiple disciplines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
