What you’ll do:

  • Align with sales and business development teams to lead post-sales implementation of FoodEssentials product, with a focus on customer success and customer retention
  • Provide coaching and education to ease adoption of the FoodEssentials product by each and every customer
  • Communicate technical knowledge of FoodEssential’s platform, educating clients on best practices
  • Develop, maintain and nurture customer relationships
  • Propose creative solutions to proactively address the customer’s business problems and introduce innovative ways to utilize the FoodEssentials platform
  • Work with customers to outline critical success factors, metrics for success, and potential issues, and develop strategies to meet customer needs
  • Interface with customers via email and phone and respond to customer’s inquiries
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues
  • Analyze data for clients and prepare reports for internal and external clients
  • Proactively monitor and report on customer usage trends and success to internal teams
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to Product Management and Engineering based on customer requirements

Your Creds:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Apparel experience is required 
  • 5+ year of experience with customer success/Account Management experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-based sales environment
  • Capable of identifying and cultivating potential opportunities
  • Understands the consultative sales process
  • Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
