Overview

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit, staff and manage a nationwide team of data collectors
  • Create and manage client-specific schedules as they relate to data collection
  • Work with internal and external technology resources to continuously improve and maintain the FoodEssentials proprietary data collection mobile application
  • Manage client-specific collection assignments and efficiently delegate to data collection network
  • Create and maintain data collection metrics around staffing, costs, collection rates and assignments, used to report to management
  • Liaise with clients on a weekly basis to ensure all data collection milestones are on schedule
  • Support Customer Success Managers in researching potential clients, preparing customer demos and correspondence, creating presentations, and other needs
  • Additional office administrative tasks may be involved

Your Creds:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with client management and/or communicating with clients
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Intellectually honest
  • Team player – working in isolation is not an option
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Life long learner

Preferred Creds:

  • Experience with querying data-using tools such as MySQL

  • Experience staffing and managing teams remotely
