Who we are:
Our Technical Support Reps (TSR) are the front line for helping our customers send amazing email. TSRs play a critical role in making our customers are happy and successful. We have high expectations around giving quick, accurate, and awesome support to our customers so they can do what they do best.
If you aren’t technically inclined and curious, this may not be the right fit for you!
What you’ll do:
* Deliver a “wow” experience to our customers by answering their questions via email and phone
* Strive to make every customer you interact with happy
* Debug customer issues and create reproducible test cases for our engineering team to resolve
* Maintain ownership of cases while driving other teams as needed to come up with a resolution
* Help us innovate and create new ways to help our customers be more successful with Klaviyo by improving our processes, systems, and customer interactions
Who we want:
* You take pride in doing a great job in everything you do
* You’re curious and aren’t afraid to ask questions to better understand a situation
* You’re someone people say is a great communicator and writer
* You’re a go-to person for your family and friends when they have technology questions
* You genuinely enjoy helping others (and can handle customers who send emails in all caps to express how much they appreciate you)
* You love learning web technologies
* You enjoy logic puzzles
* You think the emails you receive could be better and you have ideas on how to do it
* You have some coding experience or have earned a 4-year degree in a technical field like CS, programming, or math
What you’ll learn:
* You’ll become an email coding and design ninja (CSS, HTML, mobile optimization, etc.)
* You’ll be mentored to put your skills to use and deliver amazing experiences for customers
