WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Build, review, and ship big features
• Master version control, design patterns, and documentation practices
• Participate in weekly planning meetings to understand the business logic

 

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Become an in-house expert in certain areas (design, data visualization, application monitoring/performance, or database design/scalability to name a few)
• Pair program with other developers to get things done

 

WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL

• Co-own the tech infrastructure behind a great company
• Know the product in and out, drive the roadmap and tech specs
