As we continue to rapidly expand our US team, we are hiring a Junior Account Manager (which we call Client Services Executives) to help service our Pro Account clients, and support our senior Client Services team, in delivering an industry-leading level of service to our Enterprise client base.

In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert in configuring and using the Brandwatch tool
  • Onboard and service a diverse book of clients
  • Provide phone and email support to help clients solve problems, and get the best results from Brandwatch
  • Communicate product and service updates to our client base
  • Assist Account Directors in day to day duties
  • Update CRM and Billing system records for client accounts and opportunities

You will have:

  • 6 months working/interning within a client-facing role
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • An ability to learn quickly that would make an android envious
  • The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot under pressure
  • Ability to be astute, strategic, intelligent, and insightful
  • Excellent account management and relationship building skills
  • Exposure to, and understanding of, social media monitoring tools
  • Tech savviness and experience of using social media/networks
  • A proactive approach to your work schedule
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience working with or for a social media monitoring provider
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with Boolean logic
  • Experience working with CRM and/or ticketing systems, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zuora, and JIRA
  • Background in digital marketing or at a SaaS vendor

Success will be measured on:

  • Retention of your shared base clients’ revenue
  • Your clients’ satisfaction levels
